An outline of the terms and conditions is given below:
1. Enrolling for a course at the college constitutes a binding agreement on the student to follow the course schedule, to pay the full applicable fee and to agree to all the terms and conditions of the college.
2. Unless otherwise specifically stated, fees for a course as quoted are for tuition only.
3. The tuition fees are payable in full before a student starts his/her course of study. At the sole discretion of the college, a student may be allowed to pay his/her fee in instalments. The Tuition fees are not refundable unless a course is cancelled by the college.
4. In case of international students, the deposit is refundable after deduction of £250 as admin fee, if the visa is refused and when a copy of the original visa refusal letter has been authenticated by the college. (No refunds will be made if home office reports that fraudulent documents have been used in visa documents)
5. No refund of tuition fees will be made by the college in a case where a student is required by the Home Office to leave the UK because of nil or poor attendance or because of any breach of law.
6. In case a course is cancelled by the college for any reason, the college will offer the enrolled student(s) an alternate similar course at no extra cost. In such a case, if the student does not agree to enrolment in an alternate course, the full course fee shall be refunded.
7. The College will not refund any fees for absence, late arrival, early departure or illness
8. A student who has been absent from class for a period of time and where he/she may not have been attending all the subjects on the enrolled course(s) shall not be entitled for any refund and or reduction in tuition fees.
9. A student unable to join the enrolled course by the scheduled start date must inform the college in writing at least two weeks prior to the scheduled start date of the course with a request for deferment. Any applications for the deferment of the start date, shall only be accepted at the sole discretion of the college.
10. Important notices to students are displayed on the college main notice board and it is the student’s responsibility to ensure that such notices are read.
11. the college reserves the sole right:
a) to admit or to refuse admission to any student; and or
b) to rusticate or expel any student in the event of serious misconduct and or unsatisfactory attendance and or progress, and or:
c) to require a student to leave a course at any stage if the student does not fulfill all the requirements; and or
d) to require a student to leave a course at any stage if a student’s continual presence would, in the opinion of the college, be detrimental to the well-being of staff, other students and or the college generally; and or
e) to require a student to leave a course at any stage if a student does not meet all his or her financial obligations to the college; and or
f ) any student supplying false information on the application form is liable to termination and or expulsion at the sole discretion of the college at any time. No refund of fees shall be made in case a student is rusticated and or expelled from the college. Furthermore the college reserves the right to recover any unpaid fees due from such a student.
g) to issue course certificate if the student has not attended atleast 90% of the classes.
12. The contractual relationship between a student and the college shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
13. Students will be communicated regarding the reservation in the next batch by phone, email or post. In the event of prospective student is unable to deposit the fee within two weeks of reservation of place or at least 7 days before commencement of the batch, whichever occurs earlier, the place reserved in the batch will be automatically cancelled. No further communication regarding cancellation of the place in the batch will be made.
14. All details printed in the prospectus and accompanying documents are correct at the time of printing. the college reserves the sole right to make changes to the structure and content of courses, the cancellation of classes, changes to course fees, student policies and procedures.
15. For the benefit of its students, staff members & stakeholders,, the college adhers to Health and Safety, Appeal Policy & other policies. These policies can be downloaded or can be viewed on request at the college admin deptt.
